John is the Head of Support at Fusion Experience. He started his career over 35 years ago, delivering solutions primarily within Financial Services (FS) and specifically across Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management and Banking sectors. He then moved into strategic planning and large programme management, still within the Financial Services area, working with organisations like Jardine Fleming Unit Trusts in Asia, where he was also Business Systems Director.
In 2006 he founded the EMEA arm of OKERE Ltd, a consultancy that specialised in delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, focusing initially on CRM within Financial Services organisations, such as Barclays Wealth, ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank. The organisation was then acquired by Fujitsu, where he led their SaaS Practice in the UK for over 2 years. During this time he expanded the practice to deliver Cloud-based solutions to FS and non-FS organisations alike, working with many different Cloud-based products and vendors. In 2010 John co-founded Fusion Cloud.
